Sales on Outdoor Gear Dec. 10-11 at Northern Vermont University

Northern Vermont University’s outdoor education, leadership, and tourism (OELT) department and student clubs will hold sales on outdoor gear 4-8 p.m. Dec. 10-11 on NVU’s Lyndon campus. 

 

The sales, in the Alexander Twilight Theatre lobby, are open to the public. The biennial OELT sale will feature lightly used gear for multiple activities at about half of retail prices. The sale held by the outing and ski and ride clubs will consist of consigned items.  

 

Equipment in the OELT sale, used by students in the program, will include tents, camping stoves, climbing harnesses and ropes, crampons, life vests, canoe paddles, helmets and more. Sale proceeds go to the OELT program.
