Bobbi Jo Carter

Bobbi Jo Carter, Associate Dean of Distance Education, has worked at the NVU-Johnson campus since 2016.

Prior to coming to Vermont, Dr. Carter spent 10 years in Alabama working at Calhoun Community College and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is originally from South Dakota though and actually started her career there in 2000 at Northern State University where she worked for the Center for Statewide E-Learning.
