About Meaghan Meachem

After graduating from Lyndon in 2003, Professor Meachem went off to work for television stations in Hartford, Ct. and Syracuse, N.Y. before getting her masters degree and coming “home” to Lyndon to teach.  In her time at Lyndon, she’s had the privilege of growing the online platforms for our journalism students and working closely with students interested in pursuing a job with a visual and online focus (photography/photojournalism, editing, directing, social media manager, web manager).

She said that her biggest joy is watching her students achieve lifelong goals after leaving Lyndon. Lyndon truly is her home away from home. The NVU-Lyndon campus and the people who are here are an integral part of Professor Meachem’s life and why she loves teaching here.
