Feeling stuck? It's time to move forward without spending weeks in a classroom or accruing debt.

Built for adult learners looking to get ahead in their career, this series contains eight courses that will give you the advanced skills you need to move forward as a successful professional. You will focus on modern software applications, communication tools, and leadership skills that managers expect all job applicants to be proficient with. 

  • Maximize your use of Microsoft Office Suite programs like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create professional memos, documents, and presentations,
  • Master Google Drive programs like Docs, Sheets, and Slides,
  • Employ different social media channels to reach a broader audience and drive the results you are looking for,
  • Hone your management skills with Supervisor Development and Guest Service Excellence Boot Camps.

Classes are taught by experienced, working instructors who have the knowledge, skill, and passion to help you reach your goals.

Learning Objectives

  • Communicate and collaborate more effectively as a business professional,
  • Speak the same language as everyone else in your field by knowing the set of common programs,
  • Operate more efficiently so you can be more productive,
  • Troubleshoot whatever issues arise and know where you can always turn for help if you get stuck.

Series Details

In-person courses start September 8 and run through November 24, 2020. Classes are held Tuesday evening with three weekend meetings. 
The E-Toolkit series is offered with and without college credit.

Price: $1,499 (Without college credit. For credit option also available.)

Discover new skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to stand out at your next presentation.

Excel Specialist Boot Camp | Tuesdays, September 29 and October 6, 2020 | 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Learn to produce, edit, format, and print spreadsheets like a professional in Microsoft Excel 2016.

Google Drive Apps (Hybrid) | Tuesdays, October 13 (in-person) and October 20 (online | 5:30-7:30 p.m.

 Learn to master Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and learn how to collaborate with others through Google's sharing capabilities.

Finance Essentials (Online)| Tuesday, October 27, 2020 | 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Master the finance skills you need to tackle any challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Social Media as Your Ally (Hybrid) | Tuesday, November 10 (in-person), 17 (online), and 24 (in-person) | 5:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Designed for those wanting to maximize their use of social media for better, more engaging communication online and see results. This course includes personalized instruction, customized assessment and feedback, access to proprietary software, and a take-home social media kit upon course completion.

Supervisor Development Boot Camp | Friday and Saturday, November 6 and 7, 2020 | 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Supervisors will learn how to do their jobs better, build confidence and self-esteem, better understand their multiple responsibilities, and solve everyday workplace problems.
