Applied Psychology and Human Services (NVU-Lyndon)

You’ll gain a strong foundation in psychological theory and become well-versed in psychological and social explanations of human behavior. Students are required to complete two practicum experiences to gain hands-on learning experience in a professional setting — this can include an internship at a local school, rehab, or mental health clinic. This transfer pathway will help you plan courses at the CCV that will meet major specific requirements at NVU. Transfer students from CCV who have obtained an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree will have the NVU general education program requirements waived. Transfer courses from regionally accredited institutions will be accepted if grades are C- or better. Learn more.

Our program is based on scientific standards set by the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health and Bastyr University’s School of Naturopathic Medicine program.
