Johnson CES

NVU-Johnson Conference and Event Services is here to help you.

The Conference and Event Services (CES) Office serves as the hospitality arm of Northern Vermont University-Johnson. We maintain the college master calendar, including special events — if it’s happening on campus, CES in involved. Groups and individuals contact us to arrange space, food service, and all campus logistical support for events and programs. We arrange all facility rentals and campus services for non-NVU-Johnson groups and individuals. CES organizes and manages summer camps, conferences, and institutes.

NVU-Johnson Catering prides itself on offering an outstanding array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the varied needs of the campus community.

Whether your plans include a private breakfast, lunch, reception or formal dinner, complete food and beverage service is available.

Ordering

Call 802.635.1418 to place your order with NVU-Johnson’s Conference and Events Director, Dannielle Spring, who can also book any rooms you will need for your event.

She can be reached Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. You may also email her at Dannielle.Spring@NorthernVermont.edu.

To provide you with the best service and quality possible, we require that orders be placed with a final guaranteed number seven (7) days prior to your event.

Payment

Payment must be made to Northern Vermont University and payment arrangement can be made by calling 802.635.1418 (or by account code if you are an on-campus group).

Orders can not be processed without proper account codes. There is a minimum charge of $25.00 for all events.

Please note: There is a 15% gratuity charge added to all waited services provided to off-campus organizations.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 50% of the order total will be assessed for any order cancelled the day before the event date. Orders cancelled the day of the event will be billed for the total order amount.

Cancellations must be received during office hours (8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday). Any cancellation received after hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

No fees will be assessed for cancellations due to extreme weather or campus closings.

Equipment Rentals

Audio-Visual and PC-related equipment may be provided, depending upon needs and availability.
