“Bronte” Staged Nov. 7-10 at Northern Vermont University

“Bronte,” a play about the lives of sister novelists Ann, Charlotte and Emily Bronte, will be presented Nov. 7-10 by the Northern Vermont University Performing Arts Department at NVU’s Johnson campus.
 
Performances will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 7-9 and 2 p.m. Nov. 10 at Dibden Center for the Arts. General admission is $5.
 
“Bronte,” written by Polly Teale, features characters in the Brontes’ novels, including “Jane Eyre,” “Wuthering Heights” and “The Tenant of Wildfell Hall.” Laura Roald, president of the board of the nonprofit Off Center for the Dramatic Arts in Burlington, will direct the play.
