Hayley LeCours

LeCours was a three-year varsity athlete at Hazen Union School in Hardwick, Vermont before making her head coaching debut as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at her alma mater at the age of 20. She also served as an assistant coach for the Varsity girls team as well as assisting for U14 boys and U16 girls AAU teams locally. LeCours began her time with Johnson as a student manager and volunteer assistant before becoming the Head Assistant for the Badgers during the 2017-2018 season.

LeCours graduated summa cum laude from Johnson in 2017 with a B.A. in Political Science with Secondary Licensure.

Northern Vermont University-Johnson Director of Athletics Greg Eckman is happy to announce that women’s basketball Associate Head Coach Hayley LeCours ‘17 has been named as the incoming Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) for the department. LeCours, a member of the Badgers athletics staff since 2015, was also recently announced as Johnson’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Advisor for the coming year (2022 -2023).
