About Jody Garfield
Jody Garfield started working at NVU-Lyndon in 1987 as a work-study student in student finances. On her first visit to the office, there was a sign on the front desk that read, “Smiles Will Be Returned”. This simple, warm gesture made Jody smile, and yes, one was returned back to her! She immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Fast forward 30-plus years and she makes sure that the same warm and welcoming feeling is still in the office.
