‘Eurydice’ on Dibden Stage Feb. 11-14

Whimsical, multimedia production free for JSC students

January 24, 2016

Johnson State College will present the 2003 play Eurydice at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Feb. 11-13, on stage at the Dibden Center for the Arts. A matinee production will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 14.

Written by Sarah Ruhl, the play relates the Greek myth of Orpheus as retold from the perspective of his lover, Eurydice. Be ready for a whimsical production with an elevator on stage that rains from the inside. The faculty production will employ audience immersion, live interactive video projection and other experimental performance elements to help tell this beautiful and tragic story.

Tickets are $10 general admission or free for JSC students.
