Faculty Talk on Shanghai Media Arts April 30 at NVU-Johnson

Sean Clute, a professor in the Northern Vermont University-Johnson Fine Arts Department, will discuss interactive media arts in Shanghai at 11:30 a.m. April 30 as part of the campus Faculty Lecture Series.

The talk, free for the public, will be at the Stearns Student Center Cinema.

On a yearlong sabbatical, Clute was a visiting professor in New York University’s Interactive Media Arts program in Shanghai, where he taught and did research on emerging technologies.

The lecture series is supported by the NVU president’s office and the Vermont chapter of the American Federation of Teachers.
