Northern Vermont University’s Health and Wellness Coaching Program Receives National Board Approval

The Northern Vermont University Health and Wellness Coaching concentration within the Health Sciences degree program has been officially approved by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching. The accreditation means that students who graduate with a Health Sciences Health and Wellness Coaching degree or minor are eligible to sit for the national exam to become a certified health and wellness coach, allowing them to be competitive in a growing job market. Achieving accreditation was a multiyear process that began in 2019.
