Hunger Free Vermont Specialist to Speak at Johnson State College

Hunger specialist Katie Green will discuss the history of hunger in Vermont and what the situation is now 4-5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Room 207 Bentley Hall at Johnson State College.

The talk is free and open to the public.

Green is adult nutrition initiatives specialist at Hunger Free Vermont, based in South Burlington.

Her talk will focus on the impacts of hunger in Vermont and approaches to addressing food insecurity in the state.
