The meal, coordinated by students in Professor Todd Comen’s Food and Beverage Management course, will include roast leg of lamb, corned beef and cabbage, potato and leek soup, Irish stew and more.

The cost is $25 per person, with proceeds benefiting Vermonters who are working in Haiti with Partners of the Americas. A cash bar featuring Guinness beer, Irish whiskey, and other libations will be available.
