The JSC Chamber Singers and Chorale will present Love, Remembrance, Faith & Majesty, a concert for choir and strings, at 7 p.m. Nov. 11 at Dibden Center for the Arts at Johnson State College.
General admission is $5 for the public.
Directed by Bethany Plissey, the performance will include Eric Whitacre’s “Five Hebrew Love Songs,” Ludwig van Beethoven’s “Elegischer Gesang,” Franz Schubert’s “Mass in G Major” and George Frideric Handel’s “Zadok the Priest, Coronation Anthem No. 1.”
The concert will feature soprano Lillian Bailey-Broderick, a 2016 JSC graduate, and current students Samuel Lewis as baritone and Peython Echelson-Russell as tenor, with a string ensemble of professional Vermont musicians.
