EXCLUSIVE SNEAK PEEK OF PBS BIOGRAPHY ‘CLINTON’ ON TUESDAY, FEB. 7 2012, AT 5 P.M.

In partnership with Vermont Public Television (VPT), Johnson State College will present the exclusive Vermont premiere of the PBS biography “Clinton,” the story of America’s 42nd president, at 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, in 207 Bentley Hall. The event is free and open to the public, with ample free parking available in any campus lot.
VPT is providing local audiences the one-hour sneak peek of the “American Experience” documentary prior to its television broadcast premiere February. 20. The documentary tells the story of a president who rose from a broken childhood in Arkansas to become one of the most successful politicians in modern time. It’s a tale of a man who falls and consistently gets up, a man who refuses to be counted out.
Acclaimed by viewers and critics alike, American Experience documentaries have been honored with every major broadcast award, including 24 Emmy Awards, 4 duPont-Columbia Awards, and 14 George Foster Peabody Awards.
