Jess found NVU when she was ready to take her associate in adventure sports to the next level. She chose the management and administration concentration, which combined her love of the outdoors with her natural knack in the management field. Today, she’s a fulltime teacher in an outdoor nursery program, learning about another side of the outdoor ed field as she looks toward her future on the administrative side.

As an intern at Jackson Hole, Ben was tasked with doing fieldwork for avalanche education and wilderness medicine courses. Today, he’s certified to teach avalanche education courses.
