Psychology Professor to Talk about Biases March 15 at JSC

Simon Howard Ph.D. will talk on “Mind Your Bias: The Roots, Causes and Consequences of Implicit Bias”

JOHNSON, VT – Simon Howard Ph.D., who teaches in the psychology department at Marquette University, will talk on “Mind Your Bias: The Roots, Causes and Consequences of Implicit Bias” March 15 at Johnson State College.

The talk will begin at 6 p.m. in room 207 of Bentley Hall and is free to the public.

Howard’s research focuses on stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination.
