Women’s and Men’s B-ball Accolades

JSC’s men’s and women’s Badger basketball players (and coach!) have racked up a number of honors from the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) this season.

From the women’s team, Junior guard Domonique Carter-Stanley and senior Allyson Bruckner were both selected to represent Johnson State in the North Atlantic Conference All-Conference honors. Carter-Stanley was named to the NAC All-Conference Second Team, while Bruckner was chosen to represent Johnson on the Sportsmanship Team. Read a full article about the honors here.

On the men’s side, Johnson State men’s basketball players Rahim Bunch, Gregory Davis, Asim Khan and head coach Miles Smith were all recognized with North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All-Conference honors. Davis earned Senior Scholar Athlete of the year award while Coach Smith was voted NAC Men’s Basketball Coach of the Year. Bunch and Khan both earned spots on the NAC Second Team All-Conference squad. NAC All-Conference selections are determined by a vote of the conference coaches. Read the full article here.
