Register for the Annual COPLAC Meeting

Meeting Registration Fee

$130 registration fee includes dinner on June 17, breakfast and lunch on June 18, and breakfast and lunch on June 19.

Additional Costs

The following options are not included in the registration fee. 

  • On-Campus Housing: $50 per night, available Sunday June 16 – Wednesday, June 19 — NVU-Johnson is offering on-campus accommodations for COPLAC Annual Meeting Attendees in Arthur Hall, a suite-style residence hall located on the campus quad. Each suite has four double rooms, a common room, and a bathroom. Occupants share responsibility for the common room and bathroom. Rooms include linens (sheet, thin blanket, and towels).
  • Farm-to-Table Dinner, Sunday, June 16, 5 – 8:30 p.m.: $70 —This experience includes a one-hour educational tour of a beautiful certified organic farm, nestled into the picturesque Pleasant Valley outlined by gently rolling organic fields and breathtaking backdrop views of the majestic Mt. Mansfield. After the tour, guests will mingle with the farmers while enjoying appetizers, a family style dinner, dessert (Farmer Joe’s homemade maple ice cream made fresh that day) and local wine. Vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free dinner options available.
  • Brewery Tour, Tuesday, June 18, 5 – 7:30 p.m.: $75 —This brewery tour includes VIP behind the scenes tours and beer tasting sessions at two breweries in the Stowe/Morrisville area. Transportation is included. We will arrange for custom pick-up and drop-off at locations once we confirm where tour guests are staying. All taxes/gratuities are included.
