The annual Northern Vermont University-Lyndon senior visual arts exhibit will run May 10-17 at Quimby Gallery in Harvey Academic Center on campus. The exhibit is free for the public.

The Northern Vermont University-Johnson concert band, chorale and chamber singers will perform at 7 p.m. May 3 at Dibden Center for the Arts on campus. General admission is $5 a person.

The annual Northern Vermont University-Johnson Drop and Swap event will start May 3, when the public may donate used clothing and household items in good condition noon-6 p.m.

The Northern Vermont University-Johnson Performing Arts Department will present Gilbert and Sullivan’s comic opera “The Pirates of Penzance” April 25-28 at Dibden Center for the Arts on campus.

“Coming Home,” a documentary that focuses on Vermonters returning to their communities after release from prison, will be screened at 4:30 p.m. April 24 at Northern Vermont University-Johnson.

Vermont drag queens Nikki Champagne and Emoji Nightmare will discuss their activism to increase LGBTQ visibility in rural areas at 7 p.m.

A contemporary music day open to all students in grades 6-12 will be 9 a.m.-8 p.m. April 20 at Northern Vermont University-Johnson.
